• Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers, ensuring their shopping experience is pleasant and efficient.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including pastry, bread, and beverage offerings, as well as in-store promotions and events.
• Support store operations by ensuring accurate inventory management, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Develop and implement visually appealing store displays and window presentations that drive sales and engage customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, participate in visual merchandising initiatives, and provide support during peak periods.

• Previous retail or food service experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy while working under pressure.
