Grant's Experience Company is a Restaurant Development Group headquartered in Rochester, Michigan. Our flagship property, Grant's Pizza House, is looking for a management trainee with growth potential into management of our flagship location or new locations planned over the next 12 to 24 months.
Our ideal candidate is someone with prior kitchen experience who is looking to advance into management. To be considered for this position you must have at least one year of prior experience with all aspects of pizza line (pushing out, saucing, topping, cutting), prep work, dough, dispatching drivers, counting drawer or comparable experience working in kitchens handling 20-30 covers per hour.
This job requires working weekends, particularly Friday night.
We are looking for candidates in Rochester, Michigan and the surrounding areas.
Compensation
This position starts with a base of $16 per hour with a strong track record of receiving an additional $4 per hour from the tip pool. That means your total starting compensation for this position is approximately $20 per hour. There is no set time limit for earning additional pay. The more quickly you master stations and take on additional responsibility, the more quickly you'll be eligible for a higher wage.
Pay negotiable commensurate with experience. Show us what what your worth.This position starts as part-time. Full-time is available as you demonstrate your skills.
What You'll Do
- Prepare the store for opening
- Food prep
- Make dough
- Bake cookies
- Prepare pizzas
- Take orders on the phone and at the register, as necessary
- Dispatch delivery drivers
- Perform Service Recovery
- Supervise cleaning the store after closing

Sun - Thur: 4pm to 9pm
Fri - Sat: 4pm to 10pm
