Seafood Team Associate

• Provide support as a member of the seafood team, including counter service, stocking, and sanitation duties.
• Maintain accurate department signage and pricing.
• Keep back stock organized and clean.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized working and shopping environment.
• Assist with sampling programs and maintain sample areas.
• Clean cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, smokers, floors, and drains.
• Skin, bone, and cook or smoke fish; box, label, and date cooked fish.
• Participate in periodic inventory checks.
• Arrive on time, groomed, dressed, and ready to work; work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and model suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximize sales potential through proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
• FOLLOW established health and safety standards.
