You will be responsible for maintaining optimal staffing levels, conducting training sessions, and ensuring that all kitchen staff adhere to the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Additionally, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop new recipes and menu items that will delight our customers' palates.
Required Skills & Qualifications- At least 2 years of experience in high-volume, upscale casual kitchens
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and protocols
- Passion for serving others and delivering exceptional customer service
