Embark on a new culinary chapter with a renowned chef as we transform the way restaurants source ingredients and connect with their communities.

Our mission is to drive positive environmental outcomes, strengthen regional food systems, and contribute to vibrant city life. This role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, supporting the chef's vision for menu development, and ensuring exceptional service standards are met.

  1. Manage kitchen operations for a 7-day restaurant and events program.
  2. Collaborate with the chef to develop and maintain kitchen standards, organization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Ensure nightly service meets established quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of kitchen management experience at the Chef or Sous Chef level, preferably in independent restaurants, and a passion for working with local farmers and sustainable ingredients. Experience with Spanish cuisine is a plus. The candidate must be able to work long hours and possess excellent communication skills.
