Culinary Specialist - Sushi Division

As a Sushi Cook, you will play a vital role in the kitchen operations of our esteemed establishment. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality sushi dishes under the direction of the Sushi Chef.

• Assist in preparing and cooking various sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, maki rolls, and specialty rolls.
• Communicate with the Sous Chef (or upward as necessary) to ensure supplies and inventory are adequate.
• Prepare ingredients, such as rice, fish, and vegetables, for sushi production.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation;
2. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift;
3. Following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines according to local regulations.
