• Maintain a clean and well-stocked store environment by checking quality, keeping shelves clean and tidy, rotating stock, and removing expired items as needed.
• Ensure back stock is organized and accessible for efficient restocking.
• Support the sampling program by maintaining sample areas and replenishing supplies as required.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, cases, glass displays, and floors regularly.
• Be punctual, neatly groomed, and ready to work; adhere to scheduled shifts and attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing needs promptly and effectively; model suggestive selling techniques and answer phones courteously.
• Maximize sales potential through proper procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising products.
• Adhere to established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment; ensure equipment is kept in line with company cleanliness and safety standards.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned; verify accuracy of signs and pricing.
• Report any safety hazards or violations immediately.
• Complete additional tasks as directed by store leadership.
