Our growing clinic is ready to welcome an experienced pediatric speech-language pathologist who shares our passion and philosophy for working with kids to join our team! Jump Start Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned multidisciplinary private practice with 18 years of experience specializing in the evaluation and treatment of children from birth through adolescence. Our skilled physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists have earned a strong reputation for providing high-quality, team-oriented care to children in our community. We take a comprehensive approach to supporting the medical, physical, cognitive, social, and emotional well-being of each child.
*Qualifications:*
* Master’s degree from an accredited SLP program
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
* Idaho SLP license or eligible
* Collaborative team spirit
* Excellent communication with ability to easily build rapport
* Effective organization, time management, and attention to detail
* Desire for ongoing professional development
*Skills and Experience:*
* Pediatric speech and language
* Pediatric feeding and swallowing
* Pediatric oral motor
* Orofacial myofunctional therapy
* AAC
* Executive functioning
*Responsibilities:*
* Work on-site in our outpatient clinic with occasional telehealth visits as needed.
* Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and provide direct intervention for pediatric clients.
* Complete thorough and prompt electronic documentation.
* Effectively communicate with team members and community providers to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to support the needs of those in your care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
