As a *Physical Therapist* in our organization, you’ll work in a fast-paced yet supportive outpatient setting with a strong emphasis on orthopedics. Our patients come from a variety of backgrounds and present with a broad range of diagnoses, giving you the opportunity to refine your clinical skills and provide personalized care that gets results.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver evidence-based physical therapy care for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions
* Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and outcomes
* Educate patients and families on home exercises and ongoing self-care strategies
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR systems

Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited DPT or MPT program
* Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia (or in process)
* CPR/BLS certification
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Passion for helping others and working in a collaborative team environment
