Are you a confident, skilled clinician looking for a part-time position? Our thriving dental practice in *Florissant, MO * is seeking an exceptional, *Experienced General Dentist* to join our team! This position offers flexibility — *part-time* *3 days a week* - _Friday's are a must with_ _2 other days of your choosing._
*About the Opportunity:*
You’ll join a busy, productive practice that features cutting-edge technology with a strong focus on patient experience. Our offices features an Itero Scanner as well as WaveOne for endodontic procedures. You’ll be supported by an experienced, motivated team, including an EFDA, committed to clinical excellence and growth.
*\**_*This opportunity will be available early February 2026*_*\**
*We’re Looking for a Dentist Who Is:*
* A *seasoned clinician with at least 3 years of experience and is a strong leader* who inspires the team and elevates performance
* Comfortable seeing children ages 7-17, as well as adults
* *Ethically grounded* and patient-centered, always delivering the highest standard of care
* *Production-driven* with a solid business mindset for growing the practice
* A *great communicator and collaborator* who thrives in a team environment
* Experienced in *all aspects of general dentistry including molar endodontics*
*What we offer:*
* Newer practice with 80-100 new patients per month
* $7500 Sign on Bonus!
* Compensation package of $950-$1000 daily rate guarantee for the first 5 months (for credentialing) and then move to 32-34% of collections dependent on experience.
* $2000 Annual CE Allowance
* Paid for Malpractice Insurance (if you come on our plan)
*Requirements:*
* DMD or DDS from accredited dental school.
* Valid Missouri Dental License
* Minimum 3 year experience in general dentistry, including molar endodontics

Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per month
