About the Role We're seeking a
hands‑on DevOps Engineer
who's excited to work onsite with a talented team and take ownership of DevOps strategy. What You'll Do ★ Enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline software releases ★ Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management ★ Optimize cloud environments for scalability, security, and performance ★ Build monitoring and alerting solutions to improve system reliability ★ Partner closely with development and operations teams to bridge gaps and accelerate delivery What You Bring ► Required: Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines Strong foundation in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Passion for automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) Proficiency in C# and .NET development Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills ► Preferred (but not required): BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 4+ years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go) Compensation & Benefits ★ Competitive salary: $90K-$130K total compensation ★ Comprehensive health, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and profit‑sharing ★ Generous PTO and holidays
