Join a leader in cardiovascular care at UF Health Leesburg Hospital as a Nurse Manager in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab). We are seeking a skilled and dynamic nursing leader to oversee daily operations, support clinical excellence, and lead a team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.

Recognized for excellence in cardiovascular services, UF Health Leesburg Hospital offers one of the largest open-heart programs in Florida. Our facility is accredited as a Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI and Resuscitation by the American College of Cardiology, demonstrating our commitment to exceptional outcomes and evidence-based cardiac care.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead the operational, clinical, and administrative functions of the Cath Lab
* Supervise and support Cath Lab RNs and technologists
* Collaborate with interventional cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams
* Monitor procedural scheduling, patient throughput, and staff workflow
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
* Drive performance improvement initiatives and clinical outcomes
* Manage budgets, staffing levels, and capital/equipment needs
* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
* Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Leadership preferred
* Active Florida RN license
* Minimum of 3–5 years of Cath Lab or critical care experience
* At least 2 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
