A privately owned outpatient physical therapy clinic in North Central Illinois, established in 2005, City Center Rehabiliitation West Inc. is looking for a qualified, outgoing and team oriented Physical Therapist! City Center offers outpatient land and aquatic based physical therapy beginning at the age of 8. City Center prides itself on high-level one on one, hands-on approach with emphasis on evidence based practice and compassionate care.

City Center Rehabilitation West Inc. is located in Peru, IL. Located just 10 minutes from Starved Rock State Park. Peru provides it’s residents excellent school district and a regional airport.
Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop customized treatment plans
* Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, patient education, and evidence based interventions
* Documentation patient progress, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with clinic standards and regulatory guidelines
* Collaborate with physicians, referral partners, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
* Communicate clearly with patients and families about goals, treatment expectations, and home exercises
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment
* Participate in continuing education, in-service training, and team meetings to support professional growth and clinic excellence
Qualifications:
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure)
* Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management abilities
* New graduates welcome, mentorship available
Preferred Qualifications:
* Outpatient clinical experience (orthopedic, neurological, and sports)
* Manual therapy or specialty certification
* Experience with EMR systems

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
