What you're going to do Have you in recent years gained your first practical experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or as a product owner? As part of an interdisciplinary and international project team, you will make a decisive contribution to the development of customized software solutions. You will be responsible for the following tasks: Close exchange with clients to identify opportunities Developing and describing business use cases in collaboration with the client Analyzing the overall context of business processes and organizational structures Evaluating and validating operational solutions with regard to the project specifications Analyzing, specifying, and validating complex technical requirements Developing technical solution concepts and solution designs in close collaboration with our software architects, developers, and UX designers Collaborating in the implementation of solution designs during the entire development process Competent liaison between client and internal software development What we're looking for Degree in computer science or business informatics (ETH, university, university of applied sciences) 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer Certifications in requirements engineering (IREB, CBAP, CCBA, CPRE, etc.) or a completed CAS in business requirements engineering a plus Excellent written and spoken German and English skills Ideally practical experience with agile methods such as SAFe and Scrum Problem-solving skills, very good communication skills, service- and customer-oriented mindset and work approach (Self-)Initiative, ambition, independence, and a team player mentality Sharp minds, good vibes We are the sharp-minded IT experts who tackle the trickiest software and security challenges.
