Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Schedule Lead in the Data Center Design, Engineering, and Construction realm. In this pivotal role, you will lead and guide our contingent workforce of Project Schedulers, utilizing your exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. This collaborative position works closely with the DEC (Design, Engineering, and Construction) Business Controls team, site project management teams, and various internal departments, including Pre-Construction, Contracts, Finance, Accounting, and Operations Engineering. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and mentor contingent worker schedulers across dual sites, reviewing their schedule health reports and providing constructive feedback as needed. Lead the application of commercial entitlements for scheduling, guiding site teams and CW Schedulers in Delay Tracking, Extension of Time (EOT) requests, and claims, while coordinating change evaluations with the cost team. Assist the Preconstruction team in ensuring the General Contractor/Trade Contractor establishes a baseline schedule aligned with preconstruction estimates, serving as a true target schedule throughout the project’s progression. Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), effectively reporting to site teams, leadership, and cross-functional partners. Identify and apply Proactive Risk Indicators (Project Kronos) on-site, ensuring all risks are escalated appropriately. Collaborate with site teams to develop schedule mitigation strategies while tracking the implementation of the GC/TC Quality Checklist and monthly communications. Navigate schedule coordination challenges with ISCE, IDC, and other partners, ensuring alignment between Scheduling and Cost teams at the project level. Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in construction scheduling. Proficiency with P6 (Primavera 6) and Excel. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, finance, business, or an equivalent field. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in data center projects.
