Server/Bartender

Job Overview
Atlantic Indian Bistro is looking for Servers to join our team and prepare great food and great drinks for our guests. We are looking for a friendly, positive, hardworking individuals who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves to work with others.

They must be able to work independently and communicate effectively with other team members. The ability to follow instructions and take direction from the manager is a must. Must be able to work in a team environment and have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.

Requirements

• Experience as a Server or Bartender in a similar role within the food service industry.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices for food handling.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.65 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
