*WHAT YOU DO: *The following duties and primary responsibilities are intended to describe the general content and requirements of this job. They do not represent an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.
* *Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot:* Oversee local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), cloud and software tenants, including wireless networks, to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.
* *Configure, deploy, and support:* Set up and provide ongoing support for network hardware such as switches, routers, firewalls, printers, and wireless access points.
* *Implement and enforce network security protocols:* Apply and maintain security measures including firewalls, wireless access points, VPNs, and access controls to protect organizational data and systems.
* *Oversee network backups:* Manage disaster recovery planning and data integrity processes to ensure business continuity and safeguard information assets.
* *Respond to network outages and incidents:* Provide prompt resolution and thorough documentation for all network-related issues to minimize downtime and disruption.
* *Maintain accurate documentation:* Keep comprehensive records of network configurations, changes, and procedures for reference and compliance.
* *Endpoint and Mobile Device Management:* Administer and manage enterprise software, including Microsoft InTune and Iru MDM, for desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other devices.
* *Security and Compliance:* Implement and maintain security policies for endpoints, including encryption, patch management, antivirus, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
* *Device Deployment & Configuration:* Oversee the configuration, imaging, and deployment of devices using tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or equivalent platforms.
* *Onboarding/Offboarding:* Create, maintain, disable, and remove user accounts as necessary across all systems, software platforms, file shares, and platform services.
* *Troubleshooting & Support:* Provide advanced troubleshooting support for endpoint-related issues and collaborate closely with IT customer support teams.
* *Asset Management:* Maintain an accurate inventory of endpoint hardware and software licenses using designated management tools.
* *IT Vendor Administration:* Coordinate with vendors to maintain licenses for business and productivity software and applications for all users.
* *Collaboration & Training:* Work with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives and deliver user training on endpoint security, operational efficiencies, and best practices.
* *Other Duties as Assigned:* Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the IT department and organizational goals.
*WHAT YOU BRING:*
* At least 2 years of professional experience in network administration, senior help desk administration, or a closely related IT field.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to IT support that ensures business operations remain uninterrupted.
* Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, including Active Directory modules and systems, as well as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and network security best practices.
* Hands-on experience configuring or managing network hardware and systems such as Cisco, Meraki, HPE, Juniper, VMWare, VEEAM, or similar technologies.
* Experience with enterprise MDM software and solutions, including Microsoft InTune, Jira, Iru, and comparable platforms.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a business environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or a related field is preferred.
* An associate degree combined with relevant IT certificates and equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
* Preferred certifications include Microsoft, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
* Additional certifications such as CCNP, VMWare, VEEAM, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or other relevant applications, are considered a plus.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
