What You’ll Do as a Senior Project Manager
You’ll be at the center of our most strategic initiatives—guiding teams, removing roadblocks, and ensuring smooth execution. In this role, you will:
Own Complex Project Delivery: Manage planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of multiple large-scale projects—and ensure they roll up seamlessly into program objectives.
Communicate With Influence: Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders at all levels, offering visibility into timelines, risks, and solutions.
Manage Budgets & Resources Strategically: Create project budgets, allocate resources effectively, track financial performance, and ensure all deliverables align with business needs.
Anticipate & Mitigate Risk: Identify issues early, build mitigation strategies, and advise project champions on the smartest paths to long-term success.
Champion Process Improvement: Enhance project management practices, drive consistency, and support ongoing organizational development.
Grow & Mentor Talent: Coach project leaders on business analysis, methodology, and execution—strengthening our culture of accountability and performance.
Who You Are
You’re not just a project manager—you’re a strategic driver, trusted advisor, and organizational influencer. You bring:
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
Strong command of MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent tools
A strategic mindset with excellent financial and analytical skills
Sound judgment, negotiation strength, and proactive problem-solving
Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to energize cross-functional teams
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field (Master’s preferred)
10+ years of project management experience
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
