* Conduct legal research
* Assist with drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
* Assist with case management and preparation for litigation
* Knowledge of litigation and civil procedure is a plus
* Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
* Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods
* Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, especially Spanish-speaking clients
* Perform legal administrative tasks as needed
*Required Experience:*
* *Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school*
* *Farsi speaking - REQUIRED*
* *Admitted to practice law in California*
* Excellent legal research and writing abilities
* Proficient in using legal research databases such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
* Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice to clients
