* Conduct engaging evaluations and create personalized care plans
* Provide hands-on, one-on-one therapy that truly makes a difference
* Teach patients and families how to stay safe and active

* Licensed Physical Therapist (CT)
* A heart for seniors and a passion for helping others thrive
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
* A driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $42.48 - $51.16 per hour
