Lube Technician Job Description

Bring your positive attitude and integrity, and we'll give you the tools and support to grow. At Swift Recon, we take pride in quality work, teamwork, and doing things right.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform oil changes and basic maintenance
  • Check fluids, filters, and tire pressure
  • Keep vehicles and the shop clean and safe
  • Communicate with the team to get the job done right

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months+ experience preferred (we'll train the right person)
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
