Full-Time Loan Services Administrator needed

  • Pay: $52,000 - $56,000 (CAD) annually
  • Location: Remote position with an occasional meeting time to time at the main office in Woodbridge, ON.

This position is responsible for booking leasing deals and completing reconciliations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Verify accuracy of data input in the lease administration system and book leasing transactions.
  • Manage GL account reconciliations which have been completed by deals posting and make all necessary GL account adjustments.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation and clear out items sitting in clearing accounts.  
  • Calculate commission for Leasing Representatives.
  • Reconcile commission receivable accounts and circulate reports to stores and payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Prepare reports, as required, liaising with Accounting Manager regarding any issues.
  • Maintains customer and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure.
  • Maintains a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in an accounting or Finance role, preferably Deals posting.
  • Automotive leasing background preferred
  • PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)
  • Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English).
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
  • A calm but professional demeanor for dealing with stakeholders.
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of pertinent data.
