Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Licensed Physical Therapist and become a vital contributor to patient recovery and well-being. In this energetic role, you will deliver expert physiotherapy in the setting of a interventional pain management clinic, with its own physical therapy department.
Your expertise will help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life through tailored care plans and innovative treatment techniques. We are seeking a motivated professional passionate about making a positive impact on patients’ lives every day.
*Duties*
* Assess patients’ physical conditions by reviewing medical histories, conducting comprehensive examinations, and understanding physiology and anatomy to develop effective treatment strategies.
* Design and implement personalized care plans that incorporate physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, laser and outpatient therapies.
* Deliver one - on - one hands-on patient care using evidence-based practices to improve mobility, manage pain, and restore function.
* *Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance strategies to promote long-term wellness.*
* Maintain accurate documentation within electronic medical record (EMR) systems, including progress notes, treatment updates, and discharge summaries.
* Stay current with medical terminology updates, physiotherapy advancements, and best practices in acute care settings to provide top-tier patient care.
*Requirements*
* *Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in MA with active registration.*
* Proven experience in inpatient hospital environments or outpatient clinics with a focus on orthopedics, geriatrics or home & community care.
* Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy.
* Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs across diverse populations.
* Experience working with EMR systems for documentation and patient management purposes.
* Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach that fosters trust and motivation.
* Ability to work effectively in patient focused and team settings.
Familiarity with discharge planning processes and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
