safety
in all tasks. Demonstrate
professionalism

in interactions with clients and colleagues. Be a compassionate
problem solver
for commercial clients by leveraging the extensive training provided. Achieve sales targets through prospecting new businesses and assigned leads. Utilize marketing tools for effective business development. Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties—training will be provided. Make tailored recommendations based on your inspections. Utilize an iPad provided by the company to prepare sales agreements and stay organized with ease. We Offer: Estimated first-year earnings of
$60,000 to $90,000
annually. Base salary plus unlimited commission. Company vehicle with a gas card once training is completed. Company-issued iPhone and iPad with sales software. innovation . Minimum Requirements: No industry experience necessary, although sales experience is preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to obtain necessary pesticide certification (company-sponsored). Ability to work independently in the field and engage with clients effectively. Physical Demands / Working Conditions: Must safely use ladders adhering to manufacturer’s weight specifications. Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Ability to access various spaces including, but not limited to, crawl spaces and rooftops. Wear personal protective equipment as needed, including potentially an OSHA-compliant respirator.
