Sales Representative About the Company and Opportunity: Join a service organization with over 30 years of proven success in the industry Experience a supportive, family-focused environment where relationships truly matter Enjoy autonomy while being recognized for your individual contributions Work with a company known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction Benefit from competitive paid time off to support work-life balance Collaborate with a fun, energetic, and dynamic team of professionals Company vehicle provided Base Salary: $50,000-$65,000 + Uncapped Commission Overview of the Sales Representative Role: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings Manage and expand existing client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions Deliver compelling presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure a seamless client experience Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings Preferred Requirements: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (B2B) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
