About the Role At Bumper, we are looking for a visionary and hands‑on
Head of Design
to lead and inspire our growing design function. The role will own the entire design process across Bumper from brand identity and visual storytelling to user experience and produce design. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, you’ll manage a small but high‑performing design team (two designers) and collaborate with marketing, product and engineering to ensure our brand and digital experiences are beautiful, consistent and impactful. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in leading and elevating our design function across brand, product and content. You’ll own our visual identity ensuring it’s consistently applied across every touchpoint. Working closely with marketing, product and engineering, you’ll help shape beautiful, intuitive experiences that reflect our brand and resonate with customers.
