Backed by significant capital and strategic partnerships, Carbon3.ai enables organisations to operationalise AI faster, greener, and with complete data sovereignty.
We are seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships / Partner GTM Lead to lead, design, launch, and execute Carbon3.ai’s partner go‑to‑market strategy spanning consulting firms, GSIs, ISVs, and channel partners.
This is a pivotal role at the intersection of sales, marketing, product, and delivery. You will be responsible for shaping our first wave of anchor alliances, defining scalable GTM motions, and building the programs, tools, and processes that enable our partners to grow with us from onboarding and enablement to incentives and co‑selling.
The role blends strategic leadership and hands on execution, creating the foundation for a high impact, high growth partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead Carbon3.ai’s partner go‑to‑market strategy aligned to industry use cases and the broader solution stack.
Co‑develop joint value propositions with strategic partners (consultancies, GSIs, ISVs, and technology providers).
Build and manage the Partner Program framework including tiers, benefits, enablement, training, and certification.
Design and implement onboarding journeys from contract to activation, ensuring partners are sales and delivery ready.
Drive partner enablement, training, and communications through playbooks, portals, and joint campaign resources.
Lead co‑selling and commercial planning initiatives, tracking partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue.
Coordinate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to embed GTM into onboarding and lifecycle processes.
Track and report performance through CRM and partner management tools, providing actionable insights on engagement, health, and impact.
Support partner events, QBRs, and co‑marketing campaigns to deepen ecosystem engagement and recognition.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in partner programs, channel GTM, or strategic alliances within B2B SaaS, AI, or infrastructure environments.
Proven success delivering revenue through indirect or partner‑led channels.
Experience working with or for consultancies, GSIs, ISVs, or energy or infrastructure ecosystem players.
Proficiency with CRM and partner tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, and certification or portal platforms).
Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline, able to build from zero and lead cross‑functional execution.
Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to AI or ML or HPC infrastructure delivery, including GPU‑dense or carbon‑aware compute environments.
Understanding of renewable or hybrid energy systems in datacentre contexts.
Knowledge of ESG and carbon credit frameworks relevant to infrastructure and AI workloads.
Experience working across UK or Ireland planning or regulatory frameworks.
