The Global Head of RFP and Sales Enablement will lead a global team of RFP writers and sales enablement specialists, overseeing the delivery of high‑quality, timely proposals and due‑diligence responses while partnering with Marketing to develop strategic tools and narratives that support Sales and Relationship Management teams worldwide. Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the global strategy for RFP and Sales Enablement functions in line with BBH’s growth objectives. Evolve the RFP/DDQ and Sales Enablement global service and staffing model to ensure effective and efficient delivery. Analyse and report trends across all RFP/RFI/DDQ and pitch efforts to aid strategic decision making. Represent the RFP and Sales Enablement function in senior management forums. Build and maintain strong relationships with Relationship Excellence, Client Service, Sales, Subject Matter Experts, Legal, and Compliance. Manage and mentor a team of RFP writers and Sales Enablement specialists, guiding best practices and career development. RFP and DDQ Management
Lead the entire RFP/DDQ function, including qualification of opportunities, resource allocation, content creation, and quality assurance. Prioritise the highest priority and critical RFP responses, optimising resource allocation. Curate and maintain a comprehensive database of content for RFPs and DDQs. Optimise the use of the RFP/DDQ platform to streamline completion. Review strategic RFPs to ensure they are compelling, accurate, and consistent. Sales Enablement Management
Develop and implement programs that provide the sales team with the resources needed to close more deals. Provide strategic guidance to deal teams by creating compelling narratives that highlight BBH’s value proposition. Design, introduce, and evolve account‑based marketing (ABM) initiatives. Ensure consistent messaging and accessible sales tools across the internal platform. Align marketing and RFP messaging to support continuous improvement. Analyze performance data and feedback to refine strategies and foster cross‑department collaboration. Technology, Transformation and Automation Leadership
Identify process improvements and implement new technologies, including AI, to increase efficiency and quality. Coordinate administration and technical expertise for BBH’s RFP tools, supporting up to 400 users. Manage technology vendor relationships and oversee system upgrades, beta testing, and user maintenance. Skills Required
Extensive experience (10+ years) in RFP management and sales enablement/operations in financial services or related professional services. Strong strategic thinking and leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position. Proactive, collaborative approach with hands‑on execution capability. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for executive‑level presentations. Technical proficiency in RFP systems (Qvidian advantage), CRMs (Salesforce preferred), sales enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic), and analytics tools. Deep understanding of financial products, markets, and sales methodologies such as Challenger Sales. We value diverse experiences and transferrable skillsets.
