*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate children's overall gross motor skills.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
* Utilize evidence-based strategies to enhance children's independence and participation in daily activities.
* Collaborate with families and other professionals to support children's development across various settings.
* Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
* Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of California (or eligibility for licensure)
* Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) — strong supervision and mentorship provided
* Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in outpatient or clinic settings
* Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and a passion for working with children
