*Role Overview*
As an Implementation Manager, your primary objective is to optimally prepare a customer for production launch. The Implementation Manager role reports to the Head of Implementation. Nimbello projects typically consist of two resources, a Project Manager and an Implementation Manager.
An Implementation Manager is responsible for setting new customers up on our software, configuring their portals, and training the customer on best practices and requirements for a successful launch. All Nimbello implementation projects go through a scoping process before the implementation kicks off. The Implementation Manager is also accountable for ensuring alignment with the scope.
Each Nimbello customer is part of a unique business that faces unique challenges. While they all seek accounts payable optimization, the path to realizing such improvement typically varies. As an implementation manager, it is important that you gain an understanding of the customer’s AP operations, so you are well-equipped to combine the best practices of Nimbello with the customers’ business processes.
*Duties*
* Customer Meetings
* Represent the standard out-of-the-box technical capabilities of the Nimbello product.
* Guide customers to leverage Nimbello best practices and available functionality.
* Make informed recommendations to optimally deploy and leverage Nimbello.
* Maintain a supportive and professional demeanor throughout the project.
* Remain present, engaged, and undistracted during customer meetings.
* Requirements Gathering
* Proactively extract customer information for configuration and launch.
* Capture customer insight to accurately represent the customer needs internally.
* Ensure technical requests align with the scope.
* Identify out-of-scope technical requests and notify the Project Manager.
* Document technical requirements throughout the project
* System Configuration & Training
* Configure the Nimbello system according to the project requirements and scope.
* Work with the customers' integration resource and Nimbello integration team to test and confirm the integration is working as expected.
* Test the UI to confirm configurations are working as expected.
* Conduct customer training sessions.
* When necessary, provide customer supporting documentation for training topics.
* Ensure system readiness and customer readiness for launch.
* Scope Management
* Ensure the project stays within the bounds of the technical and training scope.
* Identify configuration, integration, and other technical requests that are out of scope.
* Document out-of-scope requests and submit through approved internal channels for review.
*Qualifications*
* A minimum of 2-4 years in a customer-facing role
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a SaaS organization
* Experience with software implementation
* Experience in a customer-facing project.
* Accounts Payable or Financial Systems experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
