Linux Engineer (Remote – Sheffield) Salary: Up to £45,000 + excellent benefits Are you passionate about Linux, HPC, and supercomputing? Join a leading technology house delivering cutting-edge AI, ML, and high-performance computing solutions across research, higher education, and enterprise sectors. We’re looking for a Linux Technical Consultant to manage, optimize, and scale HPC clusters, ensuring performance, reliability, and efficiency. You’ll collaborate with researchers and engineers to drive innovation and support data-intensive simulations that push the boundaries of technology. What You’ll Do: * Design, deploy, and maintain HPC clusters for peak performance. * Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations. * Optimize parallel computing workloads and support high-end applications. * Implement security measures and maintain compliance with industry standards. * Stay up-to-date with HPC, Linux, and virtualization advancements.
