We are searching for a Studio & Client Support Coordinator to join our dedicated team, this team is the backbone for daily studio operations and guest experience, playing a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between departments and with our guests.

This role functions as the communication and coordination hub for 8 photography studios operating across multiple cities and time zones. Working from our Montreal Headquarters, you will oversee guest communication, scheduling support, daily appointment management, and ensuring our studios run smoothly and our guests feel supported.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic and  fast-paced environment, can navigate multiple systems at once, and has outstanding real time problem solving skills. 

What You'll Do:

  • Manage appointments, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling via Square.
  • Prioritize day-of concerns including ETAs, studio emergencies, no-shows, guest inquiries, and scheduling-conflicts in a calm manner. 
  • Assist guests who are lost, delayed, unsure about directions, or struggling to locate a studio with empathy and professionalism.
  • Monitor and respond to Slack communications across 8 studio channels.
  • Answer and respond to high-volume calls, texts, and voicemails
  • Act as a liaison between Consultants, Photographers, MUAs, Client Care, Finance, Management and Guests
  • De-escalate concerns related to experience, delays, or expectations.
  • Update and maintain CRM statuses in Heroku
  • Support multiple time zones (Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver, Miami, Dallas, Houston, New York).

Requirements

About You:

  • Strong experience in guest services, hospitality, administration, call center or similar roles 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English (Spanish is an asset) 
  • Natural communicator with a warm, confident, and engaging phone presence and effective calling techniques 
  • Highly adaptable and quick to learn processes, and tools
  • Organized and highly attentive to detail
  • Empathetic and solution-driven approach to resolving escalated issues 
  • Positive, energetic, and able to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Full-time availability 
  • Availability to work in person weekends and evenings, as needed.
