*Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – LTC | Full-Time*
*Location:* Living Center South, 45 Mason St, Geneva, NY
*Start Date:* As soon as available
*Schedule:* Full-Time – 40 Hours/Week
*Shifts:* Day/Evening Rotation | Every Other Weekend (EOW) & Holiday Rotation Required
*Start Date:* 06/09/2025
*Contract Duration:* 13 weeks
*Compensation: Travel Pay:* $1,540/week = $16/hr W2 + $900/week per diem
*Local Rate:* $1,400/week = $35/hr W2
*Job Responsibilities:*
Collect and report resident data to RN and interdisciplinary team
Contribute to developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive care plans
Recommend changes to care plans based on evaluation and resident outcomes
Assist with referrals and coordinate interdisciplinary communication
Provide safe and effective nursing care in compliance with established standards
Maintain nursing knowledge and skills; assist in mentoring/orienting new staff
Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures
*Minimum Requirements:*
*Licensure:* Active NY LPN License (Required)
*Certification:* BLS (AHA or RQI only)
*Experience:* Minimum 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in LTC
*Skills:* Strong communication, documentation, and clinical judgment

Pay: $1,400.00 - $1,500.00 per week
