Position Overview:
As we continue to grow, we are looking to add dedicated Tow Truck Drivers to our team. Drivers will be dispatched across Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, and nearby areas, supporting customers with timely and professional roadside assistance. We value reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, and we provide a supportive environment where drivers can build a long-term career in the towing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Operate flatbed and/or wheel-lift tow trucks to complete towing and recovery calls.
  • Respond to dispatch requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Safely operate tow trucks to recover and transport vehicles from accident scenes, breakdowns, or parking violations
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients professionally and courteously during stressful situations
  • Conduct routine inspections on tow truck to ensure safety and operational efficiency
  • Complete all required documentation, including Pre-trip Inspection sheets, and Run sheets (Tow slips).
  • Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, including documentation of vehicle condition and recovery details
  • Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure safe operations at all times

Qualifications

  • Valid Tow Driver Certificate
  • Valid Ontario G or DZ driver's licence
  • Strong understanding of safe vehicle loading and securing procedures
  • Customer service experience with the ability to handle stressful situations professionally
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays if required
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
