Note: This is a full-time position based in Priddis, AB. Reporting directly reporting to the Centre Director; pay rate as agreed, based on experience, expertise, and applicable education.

COMPANY INTRODUCTION

Teen Challenge is a 12-month, faith-based, in-residence drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, for adults 18 and older. We currently have 8 centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario that are able to serve up to 197 people who are struggling with substance addiction. We demonstrate God's love by helping individuals become free from substance addiction and equipping them to live full and meaningful lives.

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION
Our team is looking for a full-time Client Life Coordinator. The primary responsibility of the Client Life Coordinator is to provide coordination of client care of those who are enrolled in Teen Challenge's 12-month faith-based, rehabilitation Program. The incumbent works with the clients in all areas of personal development, growth, life skills, as well as social and spiritual activities to enable the client to attain his/her full potential. Responsibilities include: promoting an environment that is supportive, nurturing, healthy and safe, while helping to ensure that the physical needs of clients are met. Responsible for proper and accurate recording of all daily logs, shift reports, scheduling medical and legal appointments and activities, overseeing incoming client-related donations, and all other documentation as required.
