Certified Personal Trainer

Job Overview:

The Spa Total Fitness Centre is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer who is interested in sub-contracting their services at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and educate clients to achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design personalized fitness programs based on clients' goals and fitness levels
• Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' strengths and weaknesses
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure clients perform them with correct technique
• Provide ongoing motivation and support to clients
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust workout plans accordingly
• Maintain a clean and organized workout area

Requirements:

• Certification in Personal Training
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent time management and leadership abilities
• Customer service-oriented approach
• Ability to customize workouts to meet individual needs

Note: Posted pay is based on expected return from trainers own prices and ability to attract clients. The Spa charges a monthly fee for use of the facility to the trainer to conduct their services.
