*Job Overview*
Luminescence Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate *Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality speech and language therapy to pediatric clients, including those in early intervention programs. This position plays a vital role in assessing communication disorders, developing personalized treatment plans, and supporting children in achieving meaningful communication progress.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child
* Provide effective speech therapy interventions using evidence-based practices
* Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to support optimal outcomes
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare professionals
* Maintain accurate and compliant documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries)
* Educate families on communication disorders and strategies to support progress
* Participate in weekly clinical check-ins with the Clinical Director
* Supervise and mentor SLPAs
* Support staff during client escalations and complete incident debriefs
* Contribute at least one clinical or process improvement idea per quarter
* Stay up to date on advancements in speech therapy, physiology, medical terminology, and pediatric communication development
*Qualifications*
* Active *SLP license* in Florida (or license-eligible)
* Experience with pediatric populations and/or school-based settings strongly preferred
* Strong understanding of speech-language therapy practices, anatomy, physiology, and assessment techniques
* Experience with early intervention programs is preferred
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach, with a commitment to improving quality of life for children
* Ability to adapt therapy methods to meet each child’s unique needs
* Familiarity with CentralReach and Connecteam (or willingness to learn)
* Eligible for Medicaid, Sunshine Health, Tricare, and BlueCross credentialing
*Schedule*
* *Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM*
* Part-time scheduling available
* 10% of hours allotted for administrative tasks
