Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment

• Assist with inventory, food rotation, and proper storage practices

• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service

• Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Support menu preparation and daily kitchen operations

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)

• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

• Availability for weekends, and holidays as needed
