Location: Filton, Bristol (60% of your working week must be office based)

How You Will Contribute to the Team
Creating design solutions, technical studies and investigations to ensure delivery of technical solutions in accordance with relevant design methods and requirements from initial concept design through to supporting aircraft in service
Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency through methods, process and other capability improvements
Provide technical leadership and people development for internal and external designers; support functional development and ensure opportunities are progressed
About You
Proven structural design process leadership
Knowledge of composite materials would be beneficial but not essential
Experience with design toolsets such as CATIA V5, ICC, ECM, Sollings & PASS
Industry‑recognised design signatory delegation (e.g., Design Approval or Authorisation) is essential
Understanding of aerospace configuration management
