Paladin Security is looking for dedicated and professional Healthcare Security Guards to support Quinte Health Hospitals across the Belleville region. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Successful candidates must be reliable, compassionate, and prepared to work in dynamic, high-demand healthcare settings.

• Maintain a professional, visible, and alert security presence
• Greet, assist, and direct visitors, patients, and staff
• Ensure the safety and security of clients, property, and hospital assets
• Perform interior/exterior patrols and respond to incidents or emergencies
• Document and report all security events; investigate routine incidents
• Conduct patient watches and support hospital staff as needed
• Enforce hospital policies, parking rules, and smoking by-laws
• Manage access control, key control, and monthly safety inspections
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Authorized to legally work in Canada
• Valid Ontario Security License
• Valid Ontario G Driver's License
• Valid First Aid & CPR – Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor)
• Proof of (minimum) double COVID-19 vaccination
• Completed immunization for MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
• 6 months of security experience required; 1 year preferred
• Ability to commute to Kingston for pre-deployment training
• Reliable, well-maintained vehicle
• Ability to train and work at all QHC facilities: Belleville, Trenton, Picton, Bancroft
• Must be clean-shaven to pass N95 Mask Fit Test
• Successful completion of Paladin's UofF/MOAB training program prior to onboarding
• Ability to commit to a 6-month availability period after training
