Step into a role where HR strategy meets product innovation. As HRBP Director, you'll partner directly with the senior leaders shaping Twilio's Product Management organization. This is a hands-on, high-impact IC role designed for someone who loves being at the heart of product innovation, thrives in fast-moving environments, and gets energized by using modern HR tools to accelerate business success.
Responsibilities
You'll shape the future of Twilio's Product Management org by crafting and delivering bold, modern talent strategies that elevate capabilities, evolve how teams collaborate, and strengthen organizations built to create world-class CPaaS products.
This role enables you to bring energy, clarity, and momentum to every challenge by:
- Partnering with executive clients to create durable, pro-active talent strategies
- Designing and deploying high-impact org & talent programs
- Spotting opportunities through smart, consultative, data-driven discovery
- Supercharging your impact with AI tools to move faster, work smarter, and create space for deeper strategic work
As a trusted advisor you'll:
- Maintain a strong say:do ratio and uphold confidentiality
- Activate effective executive coaching skills
- Lead by example—living and modeling Twilio's values
Qualifications
Required:
- 14 years of HRBP experience
- Deep knowledge of engineering orgs, including operating models, methodologies, roles, and trends
- Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-ROI, business-first people programs
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Energized by learning, solving complex problems, and driving results
Desired:
- Experience partnering with internal OE consultants and/or HCM strategy firms
- Background working within HRBP teams that build and drive functional talent strategies
Location
This role will be remote and based in British Columbia, Ontario, or Alberta Canada
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.

Compensation
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Based in British Columbia. : $142,800-$178,500
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
