About the Role
Sentinel Dock & Door corporate located in Oakville is seeking a strategic, technically proficient
Project Manager, Integration
to lead ERP and enterprise software implementations across our organization. Operating in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment, you will be responsible for advancing system standardization, managing technical debt, and translating complex business requirements into practical technical solutions. This is a critical role for candidates who can combine cross-functional leadership with robust IT acumen to deliver operational excellence at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP and enterprise software implementations, including Novoconn, Sage, UKG, Plan-R, and HubSpot, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Serve as the primary liaison with functional leaders (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Operations, etc.) to define requirements and deliver innovative technical solutions
- Own the identification, tracking, and remediation of technical debt, maintaining system integrity and performance
- Develop, update, and standardize SOPs, process workflows, and comprehensive user documentation to support consistent operations
- Identify and champion opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization at all organizational levels
- Prepare and deliver training materials and enablement sessions for cross-functional teams, ensuring successful adoption of systems and processes
- Drive stakeholder communication strategies, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged throughout key project milestones
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading ERP and enterprise software rollouts, ideally in multi-site or acquisition-driven environments
- Strong hands-on technical background, with the ability to engage IT teams and translate business needs into scalable system solutions
- Demonstrated track record of proactively managing and remediating technical debt in previous roles
- Clear, confident communication skills—capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences with ease
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving in complex settings
- Process-oriented, with expertise in designing and maintaining SOPs, workflows, and technical documentation
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience developing and delivering effective training programs for diverse user groups
- Adaptability and resilience in dynamic, acquisition-heavy, or evolving business environments
Salary Range: $110,000–$135,000 per year
