Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness in both residential homes and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residential homes and commercial properties
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and other assigned spaces
• Restock and manage cleaning supplies; notify supervisor when inventory is low
• Follow proper safety procedures when using cleaning products and equipment
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards
• Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Report any issues, damages, or concerns to management

Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to lift 20–30 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and meet company cleaning standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time well
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Legally authorized to work in Canada

Preferred:

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience
• Basic knowledge of cleaning tools, products, and techniques
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Flexible with scheduling (mornings, afternoons, or occasional weekends)

Assets:

• Experience with deep cleaning or move-in/move-out cleanings
• Knowledge of safe chemical handling
• Ability to take before/after photos using a smartphone

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
