The Receptionist will be responsible for managing our front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to assist our operations group. The position includes greeting of all visitors, answering and directing all calls, mail duties, assisting operations with employee logistics and other administrative tasks as required.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

· Respond to telephone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries from clients, candidates, and other parties

· Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments across the organization

· Provide administrative help to the operations group – typing, filing, purchase orders etc.

· Assist accounting department with collecting payroll hours

· Present a positive and professional image of the organization to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other interactions

· Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services, and other correspondence

· Maintain the reception in a tidy and presentable manner

· Ensure the necessary office supplies are stocked and obtained

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience

· Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required

· Able to write simple correspondence, including memos, letters, etc

· Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills

· Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization

· 1 year's general office experience preferred

· Ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
