Responsibilities
Shape and execute enterprise data transformation: design data platforms, establish governance frameworks, and embed scalable AI and analytics solutions.
Lead innovation in AI and analytics: develop generative AI solutions, statistical models, and data visualisations that deliver actionable insights across industries.
Provide strategic advisory: act as trusted advisor to C‑level stakeholders, bridging technical capabilities and business goals.
Manage portfolio and accounts: oversee diverse project portfolios, manage commercial outcomes, and foster strong client relationships.
Scale delivery: lead multidisciplinary teams in agile and lean environments to deliver high‑quality solutions on time.
Build capability: coach, train, and mentor teams to enhance organisational data and AI competencies.
Contribute to broader business: support business development, internal initiatives, and learning & development.
Profile Consulting Experience
Proven success in consulting or client‑facing roles, delivering complex data and AI solutions.
Experience managing senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.
Agile, governance, and multi‑workstream leadership.
Commercial acumen, including proposal writing, project financials, and business development.
Storytelling ability to show outcomes of data & AI transformation.
Leadership & Coaching
Track record of building high‑performing teams and mentoring senior professionals.
Commitment to inclusive, collaborative, and growth‑oriented cultures.
Business Relationships
Ability to cultivate relationships with senior executives across industries.
Active participation in industry networks and building external profile.
Passion for chosen industries.
Delivery Excellence
Experience owning analytics and AI programmes with global teams and commercial value delivery.
Technical Mastery
Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise data solutions (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL and Power Platform applications.
Knowledge of generative AI tools, geospatial analytics, and data modelling.
Expertise in Power Platform and Apps components.
Desired Skills
In‑depth knowledge of Consumer Product & Retail or Energy & Utilities sectors.
Experience creating reusable assets and go‑to‑market strategies.
Experience with Agentic and Generative AI in Business Intelligence.
Agile SAFE or similar.
Data ingestion, integration, governance, solution design.
Familiarity with data quality frameworks, observability tools, and automation.
