As part of our continued growth, we are now looking to appoint a technically confident and data driven Paid Digital Marketing Executive to deliver effective paid activity that strengthens our presence in the market and supports the generation of high quality leads.
The Role As a Paid Digital Marketing Executive, you will take responsibility for planning, managing and optimising paid campaigns across channels including LinkedIn, Google and other performance platforms. You will generate inbound leads by delivering well structured campaigns, refining targeting and using best in class AI enabled tools to enhance performance, efficiency and return on investment.
This is a hands on and results focused role suited to someone who is confident working independently, enjoys testing and optimisation and is motivated by measurable commercial outcomes. You will collaborate with colleagues in Business Development and senior stakeholders to ensure paid activity aligns with wider priorities and contributes meaningful insight to decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create and manage paid social and PPC campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
Use AI enabled tools to support targeted audience selection, keyword research, bidding strategies and continuous optimisation.
Monitor daily campaign performance, track key metrics and adjust activity to improve conversion rates and cost per lead.
Conduct A B testing of creative, messaging and landing pages to identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure paid activity supports commercial objectives.
Analyse performance data and produce clear, insight driven reports with recommendations.
Support the improvement of landing pages and user journeys to maximise campaign effectiveness.
Maintain accurate tracking and reporting across CRM systems, analytics tools and digital platforms.
Contribute ideas that support digital innovation and enhance future paid marketing capability.
About You We are looking for a professional who is:
Experienced in a digital marketing role with responsibility for paid social or PPC, ideally with 2 to 5 years’ experience.
Confident managing campaigns within platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
Analytical in mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make informed decisions.
Comfortable using AI enabled tools to support optimisation, targeting and performance improvement.
Able to work independently with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Motivated by achieving measurable results and improving campaign performance over time.
Comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders and sharing insights that inform strategy.
Curious, forward thinking and interested in developing modern digital marketing practices within a growing business.
