The Role You will shape and execute the national sales strategy, manage key accounts, and build long‑term partnerships with customers across a range of sectors. You’ll lead a small sales team while retaining direct ownership of high‑value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver the company’s UK sales strategy.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple industries.
Maintain and expand relationships with major national clients.
Work closely with internal engineering, operations and commercial teams on proposals and tenders.
Report on sales performance, forecasting, pipelines, and market activity.
Represent the business at meetings, customer sites and relevant industry events.
About You
Proven experience in a Sales Director or senior business development role.
Background in manufacturing, engineering, technical products, or solution‑based sales.
Strong relationship builder comfortable working with both private and public‑sector customers.
Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, proactive sales approach.
Must live within approximately 1 hour of the office and be able to travel across the UK as required.
