Lead a team of sales and client success professionals and manage some of Pega’s largest clients across the UKI region. Hire, train, and coach new and existing team members; develop territory plans; collaborate with internal teams (marketing, inside sales, legal, presales, etc.) to drive successful deals. Set sales targets and ensure pipeline and forecast accuracy; engage with C-level executives to create value, drive outcomes, and identify upselling opportunities. Implement a Sell-With and Sell-To strategy by leveraging top SI’s, MSPs, Hyperscalers and Consulting firms in the region. BA/BSc/Masters or equivalent work experience 15+ years of industry-related sales experience, including 5+ years in sales management Enterprise SAAS and/or complex software transformation solution sales background Strong listening, communication, and negotiation skills Proven track record of developing individuals Pega Offers You
