Your mission As a lead developer for mobile applications, you will play a key role in turning business requirements into technical solutions, making use of your analytical skills, your excellent technological knowledgein React Native allowing you to master complex challenges. Working within dynamic,interdisciplinary teams, you will lead software developers and collaborate with product owners and scrum mastersthroughout the entire project process to ensure high code standards and architectural integrity. You willtranslate user stories into coding solutions, refining development practices along the way. Working closely with product managers, you will help define project specifications, improve infrastructure, and provide expert technical advice to clients on project feasibility and execution strategies. Deliver solutions with your team. You take responsibility for the implementation of user stories, covering the most complex user stories yourself, while advising and training a team of developers to deliver high quality code and reach the next level. Incorporatenew ideas into development. By staying on top of the latest trends and advancements in mobile technology, you will drive innovation within the company.You will introduce and integrate new methods and tools into our platform development process, increasing the efficiency of our team and enabling smarter ways of working. Who you are Holding a degree in a relevant field, such as IT,you have a solid foundation in technology and a natural curiosity for learning and exploring new technologies. Experience in React Native mobile app development through various long-running projects, with opportunities to contribute to the creation of new apps, showcasing your deep knowledge of the technology.  An end-to-end mindset and the according skills to think beyond implementation of the front-end alone, including interfaces with backends and third parties, quality gates, and app deployments. You have a strong background in agile methodologies. Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you flourish in multidisciplinary teamwork and networking. You express yourself clearly and confidently in German and English.
