We have grown stronger through more than 40 financial crises by rethinking the world around us to provide a fresh investment perspective for our clients.Internship - Business Analyst – Financial Analysis and Risk Management Replacement Solution – (6 months)As a Business Analyst Intern, you will integrate the Regulatory Reporting and Risk Management development team within the Technology and Operations Unit based in Geneva. You will actively participate in the replacement of a critical tool in our financial analysis of portfolios and risk management of funds. You will play a key role in the analysis, project management, and dataflow aspects of this software transition. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software implementation, project management and data analysis within the wealth management / investment sector.YOUR ROLEParticipate in the detailed analysis of the current software to understand its functionalities, limitations, and data integration points. Assist in managing the project lifecycle for the software replacement, including planning, timelines, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Collaborate on designing and optimizing data flows between the new software and existing systems, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy. Support the testing and validation phases of the new software, ensuring that all functionalities meet the required specifications and standards.Help document the new processes and assist in preparing training materials for end-users to ensure a smooth transition.Work closely with IT, Risk Management and financial analysis teams to align the software replacement with the company’s broader objectives.YOUR PROFILEGraduated or you are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in finance, risk management, economics, financial engineering, or related field. Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of software systems, dataflow management, and project management methodologies. Proficiency in Excel is a plus. Familiarity with financial analysis tools and risk software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Proficiency in French and English.Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland.Our Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values.
